Our Olive Soul
Drup is a small corner of Sicily that embodies the authenticity, passion and history of an extraordinary territory. Our family business, located in the heart of Motta Camastra, a picturesque village in the Etna Park, is the fruit of a long tradition of local producers who, for generations, have passed down the secret of ancient elixirs, liqueurs and bitters.

Each bottle of Drup tells a story of research and experimentation, but also of respect for tradition. Our commitment is to combine tradition with a modern and quality-conscious approach. Each step, from the collection of ingredients to processing, is designed to enhance the richness of our territory and the distinctive character of our liqueurs. Our production stands out for its artisanal care and the use of raw materials selected with love and dedication. Olives, a fundamental element of our recipes, are processed in infusion. in the centuries-old tradition of the production of typical Sicilian Elixirs oriented to after-meal consumption but also in the world of the most modern mixology, thus creating a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

BITTER
I wear green, like the nature that made me, I’m Bitter... pure soul of the olives of selected and indigenous varieties of the island, concentrated but balanced, combined with natural aromas and aged in oak barrels to give you a deep taste of intense bitter, ready to enter without delay in the heart of those who taste me
LEMON
Blue as the sky and the sea, yellow as the warm sun of Sicily, I wear colors of the island... I’m Lemon, Soul of Olives of of the olives of selected and indigenous varieties of the island, expertly aged in oak barrels and wrapped in a fresh fragrance of lemon and other natural flavors.
LIQUOR
I wear black like the elegance I display, I’m Notturno... where the SOUL OF OLIVES, selected particular cultivars and native of the island, It has been cleverly blended with natural aromas and aged in oak barrels combining a round and captivating taste, with a pleasantly bitter finish.
